Overall i was happy with the service. The service guy was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing seemed a little high but i did not get another quote to compare. Only thing i did not like was having to pay half in advance. This should not be necessary for an established home owner with excellent credit.

HallTec HVAC exceeded my expectations in every way. They are very responsive. I always get an answer right away whenever I need to call. They provide same-day service so you don't have to sit without air conditioning for days waiting for a technician to come fix the problem. They had been servicing my old unit for the last couple of years and always went above and beyond in their service. When my old unit finally gave out, they replaced it with a new unit for a phenomenal price. I couldn't be more pleased and I recommend them highly without any reservation to anyone who needs HVAC work. You won't be disappointed!

The Halltec team is outstanding. I had an issue that took several visits to resolve, and I had to keep calling them back. They were nothing but patient, response, and professional as they worked to diagnose and ultimately fix my issues with my HVAC unit. From Reina (sp) in the office to all of the techs I met, everyone was so polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Halltec.
